Top Tips for selecting a home inspector:

1) Look at EXPERIENCE- What certifications does the inspector hold? How many years have then been an inspector?  How many inspections have they completed?

2) Look at ACCREDIDATION- What professional organizations are they associated with?  Do they have Better Business Burea (BBB) or similar ratings?  What professional recommendations or references can they offer?

3) Look at COOPERATION- Does the inspector invite and welcome you to be present during the inspection?  What type of inspection report do they offer you?  Will they be available for questions after the inspection?
