Tucker Inspections owners, Mr. and Mrs. Rike are professionals, who are also highly customer focused. Our experience, from start to finish, was positive. From scheduling, to inspection, to report review, and follow-ups, they were responsive and attentive. They were clear about pricing and charge fairly for their skills and knowledge. WHAT WE DO

Inspections can be one of the most critical steps in protecting your real estate investment. Our experts will perform a “test-drive” to give you a full and detailed report of the condition of the property.  Our team has a combined 50+ years in real estate, construction and remodeling, home building and ultimately inspections.  And because our inspectors are Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed, you can be assured that they follow tight standards set forth by TREC for a quality and consistent process.

Our inspections include an assessment in foundation and structural systems, roof performance, electrical, plumbing, and heat/air systems, and all built-in appliances and/or irrigation systems.  In addition, properties that have pools, septic systems or wells can also be included during our inspection.

TYPES OF INSPECTIONS

Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

Once a contract is in place for the potential purchase of the home, a buyer is able to secure an inspection of the commercial or residential property within a certain time-frame (usually called “opt-out period”).  Our inspection will give the buyer a thorough and detailed report of the home to help you make an informed decision.

Pre-Listing Home Inspection

When someone is considering selling their home, they can arrange a “Pre-Listing” inspection for a thorough look before they decide.  With our thorough examination, we aim to equip you with the best possible information about the condition of your home as you move forward. This process can help avoid costly repairs during a contract negotiations process, and can give you neutral feedback while deciding what repairs might need to be completed prior to listing your home.   Let us help you list your home with confidence!

Pre-Purchase Commercial Inspection

Prior to making a large investment into commercial property, our inspection will give the buyer a comprehensive and detailed look at your potential purchase.  Buying commercial real estate can be a lucrative investment, but can also be costly if not done correctly.  Our inspection will provide a thorough and detailed report for a single buyer or investment group to review and move forward to make an informed decision.

New Construction Phase Inspections

We offier a slab, framing and final inspection package for new construction homes.  Our final inspection includes a detailed and thorough list (“punch-out list”) of modifications that need to be completed prior to closing on your property.  Our company has performed New Construction Phase Inspections for several custom-home building companies for over 30 years.  Let our experience work to your advantage!

Warranty Inspection

Just before your home-warranty is scheduled to expire, let our team take a look to ensure that everything is operating correctly.  If something needs to be addressed, our inspection could save you costly repairs AFTER your home warranty has already lapsed.
