Although inspection times vary depending on the size and condition of the property, most inspections will likely take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
How quickly will I receive my inspection report?
Although the industry standard is a 72-hour turnaround on reports, we aim to have your report to you as quickly as possible and typically within 24-36 hours. We understand that option periods can be short and want to ensure as much detailed information is in your hands as you make decisions.
What does an inspection include?
Our inspections include an assessment in foundation and structural systems, roof performance, electrical, plumbing, and heat/air systems, and all built-in appliances and/or irrigation systems.
